Instructions for credit card payment


In addition to accepting purchase orders, Narishige International USA, Inc. is also pleased to accept credit card payments.

Please read the information below carefully before you fill out the credit card order form. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

  1. Customer Information (Billing Address):
    All fields (name, department, university or company, etc.) MUST BE COMPLETED. Please be sure to enter your fax number, so that confirmation can be faxed back to you. The confirmation will include estimated delivery information.
  2. Shipping address:
    Shipping address must include street address. A post-office box is not acceptable.
  3. Shipment:

    FOB: Destination

    Shipping by UPS Ground will be paid by Narishige.

    Request for special shipping services is charged to the customer.

    FOB: East Meadow, NY

    Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.

    FOB: Destination

    Shipping charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.

  4. For Purchase:
    Model number, quantity and price must be entered.
  5. For Repair:
    Model number, quantity and repair cost must be entered.
  6. Payment Information:
    Visa, Mastercard, or Amex must be chosen. Total charges must be entered. Authorized Signature is required.
  7. For customers who do not wish to transmit credit card information by fax, please be sure to include your telephone number and we will call you for the credit card information.
